The day-to-day oversight and management of the completion of all of your back-office tasks are handled by your dedicated Account Manager (AM). Your AM is akin to a hybrid Office Manager and Financial Controller. Your AM knows your business, your vendors, your staff and will be the primary link between you/ your front-end staff and your Ceterus back-office team. They are primarily responsible for the following tasks.
- Continuous Cash flow management.
- Budget development and maintenance for your entity as a whole as well as by location, program, department, class, product line or any other relevant segment that equips your organization with more information and control.
- Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Account reconciliations, including all bank accounts, credit cards and all other balance sheet accounts.
- Processing general journal entries.
- Execution of proper internal controls.
